All Rubicon Homes come with a 1-year whole house, 2-year systems, and a 10-year structural warranty.
2-10 New Construction Home Warranty
(One Year Workmanship, Two Year Systems and Ten Year Structural Warranty.)This warranty is provided on newly constructed homes by Rubicon Homes as member of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program. In order to be a member of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program, Rubicon applied for membership, meet their strict underwriting guidelines and agreed to abide by the terms of the agreement with 2-10. In return, this gives you (the buyer) the satisfaction of knowing that Rubicon’s warranty obligations are clearly defined in writing and backed by the warranty insurer. Your home will be enrolled in the program at the date of closing and you will receive a Certificate of Warranty with Rubicon’s name on it in the mail. Rubicon provides the warranty, and 2-10 arranges insurance-backing for the builder's warranty.
One-Year Workmanship Surety Coverage

Two-Year Systems Surety Coverage
The following diagram shows items included in the Two-Year Systems Surety Coverage. This covers the distribution of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Ten-Year Structural Coverage
The following diagram shows items included in the Ten-Year Structural Coverage. Structural defect means actual physical damage to one or more of the designated load bearing elements caused by failure of such load bearing elements, making it unsafe, unsanitary or otherwise unlivable.
